When things are hard, you’re able to carry the load for the people around you, whether emotional or mental, and put your head down until you make it through. But lately, it feels like what’s always worked isn’t working anymore. You’re a go-getter with no more gas in the tank. People are always saying how amazing and competent you are, but right now, you feel like you’re barely keeping it together on the inside. Maybe it feels hard to care about the things that once mattered to you, or it’s difficult to feel motivated to keep up on your everyday tasks. You’ve worked hard to reach the milestones you thought would lead you to that fulfilled life you’ve always wanted: the degree, the job, the 26.2 miles; yet you feel like it’s still not giving you what you need, leaving you feeling resentful and exhausted…
The thing that you really want is a deep sense of satisfaction in all areas of life, and you have a suspicion there might be a different, slower way that’s closer to the life you’ve always wanted. Deep down, you know you’re at a crossroads in your relationships or career, but the uncertainty of what each path holds keeps you stuck in one place. Maybe you’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t work, or been to doctors who told you to “rest more”, and it left you feeling gaslit and at the end of your rope. You desperately want things to change, and to feel like you have capacity again, but it seems like this is just one more thing you’ll have to figure out on your own…
I’m a Licensed Therapist and Embodiment Coach. I help high performing millennial women struggling with anxiety, stress, and burnout find renewed energy and connection to what matters most. Through the use of trauma-informed somatic therapy and relational therapy, I help my clients grow their sense of embodiment, self trust, and nervous system regulation, which yields the confidence to make empowered and authentic choices from a place of grounded steadiness.
